James, our Senior Consultant has been in the healthcare industry for more than 10 years. From handling patients for health check-up, including but not limited to arranging CT, MRI and X-Ray scans before joining the Hearing Care field 6 years ago.

Through his years of healthcare experience, James interacted with many elderlies and noticed that a majority of them have untreated hearing difficulties. It pains him to see older folks feeling isolated from socialising and this prompt him to search and find solutions to their hearing issues.
Today, James has assisted plenty of hearing loss patients to achieve a better quality of life. He helped to minimise conflicts in between clients and their family members, and also improving their career as they have more confidence in life. The joyfulness on their faces when his patients can finally hear well is of upmost happiness to him.
This is my second review about 20 months after I bought a pair of Resound Quatro 7. I have not only been very satisfied with my hearing aids but also with the wonderful after sales services provided by Mr. James Tan at this Jurong Gateway outlet of Amazing Hearing.
I find James to be very friendly, caring and responsible in his service. He has always been very helpful and responsive to my feedback. On several occasions, he went out of his way to quickly help resolve some minor issues I had with my devices. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy hearing aids with a peace of mind.
