Peggy joined us as Hearing Care Consultant with one sole determination: to improve the quality of life of her patients. Coming from a big family with prior experience in service industries, Peggy understands the challenges faced by not only the hearing impaired but also the people around them.
With that in mind, Peggy is determined to provide the best support and advice, at the same time doing what she’s best at: communicating with people.

Peggy enjoys developing relationships with her patients and treats them as her own family as she believes that being a Hearing Care Consultant is more than just a one-off relationship.
She spends time in understanding their challenges, educating the patients and families on the best ways to care for the hearing ability and the equipment.
Each hearing aid is tuned in a personalized way that is most comfortable to the patient so they can enjoy their lives better.
