ReSound Assist remote fine-tuning requests allow patients to specify the issues they encounter in specific environments, ensuring precise adjustments for improved hearing.

With every remote fine-tuning request, your audiologist gets:

  • Optional message with additional information
  • Automatic record of your hearing aid settings
  • Rate My Sound feature to see your satisfaction rating of fine-tuning

How it Works

The initial fitting will always occur in the clinic, but your doctor can opt to activate ReSound Assist for patients who would benefit the most.

Through remote fine-tuning via the ReSound Smart Fit™ software, your audiologist can offer support at their convenience, while you enjoy the comfort and ease of receiving care from your own home.
