Ms Ivy has been very patient and understanding. She explains the technical side of the gadgets in simple terms and makes the customer feel at ease to ask questions. Indeed my experience with all the staff at the centre has been very positive.

Ms Ivy, Beltone Amazing Hearing Aids’s Clinic Manager, a thoughtful, mediculous, helpful and a lovely lady. She is helping my dad to remove the old program and some data in his hearing aids in order my old age dad not to confused himself which program to use.

She is patiently taught my dad how to take care of the current pair of hearing aids to extend the life spent. Sometime her words from their professional angle is better than children like me to tell my dad.
